Moneyball Odds is a football analytics platform for fans, scouts and clubs. It follows Europe’s top five leagues and the European cups minute by minute, and turns the match data into numbers anyone can read: who is likely to win, who is playing well, and who a club should sign.

How the numbers are made
Our estimates come from published, peer-reviewed methods: the Dixon-Coles model of football scores, expected goals, the Pi-ratings of Constantinou and Fenton and Bayesian shrinkage for players with few minutes. Every match report marks the estimate made before kick-off against the result, hits and misses alike. The formulas are on the Method page.
