These terms are the agreement between you and Moneyball Odds for using the website and a Moneyball Odds account. Please read them with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and accept both.

1. What Moneyball Odds is

Moneyball Odds is a football statistics and odds-analysis website. It publishes match statistics from licensed data, and probabilities, fair odds and expected value from its own Dixon-Coles · xG fusion model.

• It is an educational statistical tool. It is not a bookmaker: it takes no bets, holds no money and does not act for any betting operator.
• Nothing on the site is betting, financial or professional advice, or a promise about any result. No model predicts football reliably. Probabilities are estimates and can be wrong.
• Negative expected value is the normal outcome of betting. The site measures how negative; it does not remove it.

2. Gambling and the law

You are responsible for obeying the law where you are. Gambling is illegal in Indonesia and in some other countries; where it is illegal, you must not use anything on Moneyball Odds to gamble. Moneyball Odds does not encourage gambling. If betting is legal where you live and you bet, set limits you can afford, and seek help if betting stops being under your control.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, and the information you give must be true.
• One person, one account. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Your username must not impersonate anyone, mislead, advertise, or be offensive. We may ask you to change one that breaks these rules.
• You can stop using your account at any time and ask us to delete it (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Comments and community rules

Comments, replies and predictions are for discussing football. You must not post anything that:

• is offensive, obscene, threatening, or harasses or bullies anyone;
• attacks people for their ethnicity, religion, race, group, nationality, gender, sexuality or disability;
• is spam, advertising, or a link to a betting operator, a paid tipster or a "fixed match" offer;
• shares another person's personal data;
• is false in a way that harms others, infringes someone's rights, or breaks the law.

Any member can report a comment. A comment reported by three members is hidden until a moderator reviews it. Moderators may remove any comment that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or close accounts that break them, especially repeatedly.

5. What you post

What you post stays yours. By posting it you allow Moneyball Odds to show it on the site, with your username, for as long as it remains posted. Comments are public: do not post anything you want to keep private.

6. Our content and data

The Moneyball Odds name and logo, the site's design and text, and the model's output belong to Moneyball Odds. Match and player data is licensed from Sportmonks. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish its odds, data or statistics in bulk, or use automated tools to collect them.

7. Free and Premium

A free account opens the model’s picks and full analysis for the first three matches of every schedule, and everything else on the site that is not marked Premium. Moneyball Pro opens every pick and every match analysis, and the Parlay Builder.

• The price, the billing period (monthly or yearly) and any taxes are shown before you pay. You pay in Indonesian rupiah through our payment provider, Midtrans; prices shown in US dollars are a guide, and a card issued abroad is converted by your bank.
• Each payment opens Premium for the period paid for, one month or one year, counted from when the payment is confirmed. It does not renew by itself: to continue, you pay again. Premium stays open until the end of the period already paid for.
• Reserving the launch price before payments open costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
• Premium buys access to analysis. It does not buy, and Moneyball Odds does not promise, any result or any profit.
• If Premium is unavailable for a long time through our fault, or we stop offering it, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep data accurate and current, but statistics, odds and live information can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. The site is provided "as is", without any guarantee.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Moneyball Odds is not liable for any loss from using or relying on the site, including any betting or financial loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using Moneyball Odds at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and may change or stop any part of the site.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Significant changes will be announced on the site before they take effect; using the site after that means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the consumer law of your country gives you.
