EU Digital Services Act
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Moneyball Odds hosts content written by its users: comments, live match chat and profiles. This page gives the information the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, "DSA") asks of a provider of such a service.
1. Point of contact for authorities (Article 11)
The European Commission, the authorities of the EU Member States and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us at [email protected], in English or Indonesian. Please give your name, the authority on whose behalf you write, and an official email address of that authority for our reply.
2. Point of contact for users (Article 12)
Users can contact us at [email protected], in English or Indonesian. Messages are answered by a person, not by an automated system alone.
3. Reporting illegal content (Article 16)
Every comment and chat message has a Report button. You can also write to [email protected] with: the exact address (URL) of the content, why you believe it is illegal, your name and email address (except for reports of child sexual abuse material), and a statement that you make the report in good faith and believe it to be accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, decide promptly and tell you what we decided.
4. When we remove or restrict content (Article 17)
If we remove a user's content or restrict an account, we tell the user what was done, why, on which ground (the law or our Terms), and how to contest it. To contest a decision, reply to that message or write to [email protected] within six months; a person reviews it.
5. Size of the service
Moneyball Odds is a small service, far below the 45 million average monthly active users in the EU at which a platform is designated a very large online platform.
6. Our rules
What may and may not be posted, and how moderation works, is set out in our Terms.
